"We purchased 6 arborvitae trees from Home Depot in April. As part of their service, they shared our name & contact info with 6 businesses to plant the trees. Bluegrass Gardening responded within 15 minutes. Elbert gave us a fair price per tree and scheduled us within a matter of a few days. A team of 5 or 6 showed on time and had the trees planted within hours. They left nothing behind, completely cleaned the area. Husband recently found 5 more on sale. We sent Elbert a text Friday. Again, he responded promptly and had a crew at our house Monday afternoon. All trees are planted, and there is zero evidence, they cleaned completely. They moved the extra soil to a spot my husband requested, thinking they would dump and he would have to move into place. Nope, the team put the extra soil exactly where he wanted it, and spread it nicely. If I could give them a 6 out of 5, I would. Elbert, Bluegrass Gardening, and his crew are the best.
